"Both the lady optician and the lady who fitted my new glasses were not only very professional, but also friendly, helpful and patient. The lady on reception was also lovely and very helpful. I wish I was better at recalling names, as all the ladies I dealt with deserve a personal mention and recommendation. The eye test itself was very thorough, as always, and the lady optician explained all results clearly and helpfully. The selection of frames and required lenses was a nice, easy, process with the help of the lady fitter."
