"Reception staff are always very friendly and welcoming, frequently going above and beyond, for example letting me in out of the cold to await my appointment, even before opening hours. (I usually try to book my appointments for first thing in the morning, so have often been waiting outside prior to opening, but staff are always kind and thoughtful enough to offer me entry and an indoor seat to await my booked time.) Optician Stephen (this last appointment) was also very warm and welcoming. His manner was professional, attentive and kind. His instructions very clear. Thank you Barracloughs always for a great experience. "
