"Every member of the team including Avril Mia and Katherine have been more than helpful. visiting is like meeting special friends. Apart from helping me select a variety of frames etc over the past year they have been invaluable when helping me sort out a glasses problem for my husband. He has to live in care due to a aggressive brain disease. When he had the ability to read etc he required glasses. Now it affects his ability to walk safely but he is unhappy without so the girls took his favourite pair and had them reglazed with plain lenses "
